We are very happy we found Totem. Before building a relationship with them we spent several frustrating months working with different realtors and other landlords trying to locate a property suitable for our needs.
We came across Totem’s ad in a paper, offering services to anyone looking to learn more about Rent-to-Own programs. We were very intrigued by this concept and when we contacted them, we were pleasantly surprised at how fast they got back to us. Our initial conversation with Totem was very encouraging.
From that point on, they have continued to be extremely friendly, supportive, and accommodating. They made countless efforts to facilitate the seamless transition to moving into the house of our dreams.
Chris, Derek, and Steve continue to be inviting and very responsive should we need anything. They do this while leaving us (and our huskies!) to enjoy our family home. All around we are happy with our experience with Totem, and have recommended Totem to several of our friends.
